11/10 for Southview. Lovely, quiet, spacious top floor flat, with decking all round and views of the beach and ocean. The whole flat was spotless, with a full equipped kitchen, wonderful bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower, and extremely comfortable 4 poster bed. And very effective a/c too. The hosts were very welcoming. So glad I found this place for our 2 night stay. Highly recommend

This is our second stay at Southview Garden suite and have also stayed previously at Woonona stays. Neil and Leanne are wonderful hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a great stay for all with the added convenience being able to accommodate our fur baby in the Garden suite. |Accommodation is so clean and has all the comforts you could want for and so much more with many little added extras provided.|Location is superb with so much to do close by or just relax and chill by the pool.|Highly recommended and we will definitely be back again.

Perfect south coast getaway! Southview Boutique Guesthouse has it all: located near beautiful beaches, walking paths, & relaxed ocean-front dining nearby. For very specific travelers, the bird-watching along the walking paths is top-notch. Who doesn't like to catch a glimpse of the tiny blue fairy wren? Or the white-headed pigeon? The Wollongong Botanic Garden is a short drive south by car, public transport or Uber. It's a wow! Kids will enjoy the free tiny libraries tucked away in inviting corners of the garden. But those features alone don't make a 5-star guesthouse; hosts Neil & Leanne welcome guests with their warm smiles & helpful hints about local sights. Many guests return year after year, making memories for family times. Also, sparkling clean accommodation. Can't wait to come back again!

We stayed in the upstairs king suite.|What a fantastic find, this is one place we would have loved to stay longer.|Everything about it was large - the bedroom, the bathroom, the wrap around deck and the lounge with fully opening doors. It has a double shower, double spa bath and a lovely four-poster bed which was so very comfortable. It gave me "honeymoon" vibes.|The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean.|There was also a swimming pool.|The view from the deck was lovely, looking out towards the sea.|My favourite part was the mornings, waking up to the birdsong.|With the hills behind, there were plenty of walks. We enjoyed walking along the water front to the local cafe.|This is a great location outside the hustle & bustle of Wollongong.|Our hosts, Neil & Leanne, were very welcoming and checked we were happy but they were not intrusive.|If we pass this way again, we wouldn't hesitate in rebooking.|Thank you Neil & Leanne.

My husband and I stayed for three lovely nights at Southview. The location is great with a short, easy walk to the beach. The accommodation was lovely, spotlessly clean and fresh and very comfy. It's a short drive to Anita's theatre in Thirroul where we saw a show on our last evening. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this guesthouse for a lovely getaway for two.

My wife and I planned our road trip from Melbourne to Queensland with various stops enroute. We used Google as our search platform. We were looking, for pet friendly accommodation. One of our stays was with Southview Boutique Guesthouse in NSW. |The accommodation was excellent, it was set out as a studio apartment. Nicely presented, with all and I mean all the convivences, clean and well maintained. The hosts, Neil, and Leanne were very helpful and informative about the area and tendered to all our needs. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience. We would willingly return to have a short vacation. It was an excellent stay.|
