Particularly good for Morning Melodies on the first Tuesday of the month when Annette Worthing entertains. She I s really good. It is just a shame that you can't order lunch until 12noon. It would be so more suitable to be able to order after 11 am for anyone having an afternoon appointment as there is too big a line up at 12

Fantastic Atmosphere, Friendly staff, Delicious Food, Definitely Recommend coming here. Don't forget to become a member, it's only $2.50 not only does it support your local community club but it also gets you cheaper meals and drinks at the bar.
We ordered the ROAST of the Day, and Steak with Garlic Prawns and Creamy Garlic Sauce.

Disappointing. We ordered 3 meals. After 1 hour waiting, we approached the staff and asked about our meals. Our buzzer didn't go off and our cold meals were sitting on the counter. After discussions about reheating, we requested new meals. Apparently the incorrect number was punched in. 10 instead of 102. The second time round we watched the meals being placed on the counter and still no buzzer. We collected the meals and began eating after the rest of the party had finished. The meals were not good. In fact we left half of it on the plate. The worst fisherman's basket ever. Vegetables were very soft. Not the best steak either. All in all not very good value for the quality of food.

Huge pokie room, really well outfitted facilities, clean and tidy. We had lunch (rack of ribs approx $33) which was extra large serving sized, couldn't eat it all but extra tasty and perfectly cooked. Staff were excellent, and the coffee was OK. Overall highly recommend.

After moving only a few doors down, Souths became my new local. After quite literally a hundred+ meals, not one has been a dud. Great weekday deals, some of the cheapest beers around, and actually serving in pints. Great staff, massive venue, cheap beers, and I've never waited more than 20 mins for food, even in peak hour. Meat trays, footy raffles, great food, might as well sell my fridge!

Beautiful meal, meat was so tender and juicy. Best I've ever had! Would have been 5 stars if we didnt have to line up behind 20-30 ppl to order, someone stuffed up somewhere but the meal overrode any probs
