At 6pm we booked a taxi for 7pm. About 7:05 we called to make sure our booking wasn’t forgotten. The call taker said it all depends on when a taxi becomes available, could be 20 minutes or more. After explaining that we booked at 6pm the call taker stated she didn’t take the booking so she couldn’t help us. We ended up booking a Uber. Don’t bother with this company. They’re a dud. Obviously linked to a car sales business so they’re likely offering the same service.

Customer Service and handling bookings on phones are not pleasant. Guy was rude to immediately hang up while I am still giving instruction. I am pregnant and I do not need a very big car. I just wanted to ask nicely if I can have a car which is easy for me to hop in as my bump is already big. Please be more considerate and nicer.

My husband pre booked a return trip to Bendooley estate from Briars County Lodge, to attend our son's wedding.
This had been booked 14 months in advance, for 10 people. Among the people we booked for were 2 ladies in their late 70's and 80's.
The pickup was late. Being parents of the groom, this was extremely upsetting. The bus was old, dirty and the driver was speeding for the best part of the trip.
On pickup, we waited for an hour to be collected. This was even after 2 reminded phoe calls.
This company has no regard to customer service. And has no care when it comes to pre booking.
If I could give them minus star rating it would be too high.

Booked a taxi on Sunday night for an 8.20 am pickup on Monday morning to link with a 8.39pm train departure at Bowral station less than 5 minutes away. Needed to connect to a flight to Fiji for 3 weeks. Nothing had turned up at 8.30am so called an was promptly tutored in Al the mistakes that I had made:
1. Do not book on Sunday as you get a call centre and they don’t know anything
2. Allow more than 20 mins to catch a train. Our previous experience has always been good but today I made all the mistakes “the customer is always wrong!”. Ended up driving to the airport and paying $330 for three weeks parking.

Would be zero stars if we could. Rang for a taxi at1.11pm, told we were the next job a 20 minute wait. Fair enough! After 47 minutes, rang to see what's happened - the taxi went to another job, couldn't tell when a taxi would be available. A new system apparently, how long will they be using that excuse. Asked why weren't we informed- they were too busy!!! Non existent customer service, find an alternate means of transport, even walking would be quicker!

"In times of need, upcharge" should be the slogan.. Called and asked the price from bnb to venue they said "around 40$".. 80$ later. Same thing on the way home, 90$ for a ii5wonder why everybody going uber, womt make this mistake again

No show.

I booked a taxi at 0830 Saturday for a 2300 Saturday collection, after a wedding.

No taxi showed up and at 2345 I gave up and made another way home after standing in the dark for 45 minutes.

I had tried to call at 2300 to see if the taxi was running late but of course no answer - not that I really expected one that late but not unreasonable when you're ringing a taxi company.

Very disappointing service.

The service provided by Southern Highlands Taxis was fantastic. We booked a wedding car which came exactly at the requested time. The car was perfect, the driver very calm, friendly and professional and ensured all went smoothly, taking first the bridesmaids then returning for the bride. The same driver took the bride and groom to their accommodation after the reception. We also hired a maxitaxi for the groomsmen and this again was prompt and all we requested. Very happy with Dee and the team. Highly recommend
