Aircon not functioning properly, the bus driver states that it's because we are a full bus. How ridiculous. If it's not working, atleast don't lie with toddler lies. Everything else was great.Friday 28th 13:20 bus from Perth to Busso.

Hey there, one I hopped of your buss on the 11th of April 2024. I hurt my knee while getting my own luggage, while the bus driver was chatting to someone.

Expensive ticket price. I take this bus often. Frequently late. They do not maintain their vehicles, second last trip there was a 45 minute delay due to something wrong with the bus causing us to swap bus. This meant i was late to the destination also no USB charger in the second bus despite the ticket price. Same arrogant driver each time always lecturing people even making us stand in the rain and listen to his nonsense. The frenchman with the ponytail specifically. The bus has a smell of feces, unsure if it is other guests or the bus itself. Of all my complaints note the driver and maintenance issues. Enjoy

Stellar service always! Very punctual, comfortable and clean coaches. Was initially waiting at the wrong pick up area and the bus had left. When I called them asking if the bus was delayed, they patiently directed me to the correct location and the bus turned back for me.

The best company I deal with.

Driver is always professional and friendly, service is on time or pretty close. It only takes 90 seconds on the phone to cancel or modify a booking, and the info is sent via email straight away.
If my plane gets in early and there is room on the bus, the driver is happy for me to get on the earlier service. This means I can get home two hours early.
Buses are clean and tidy, a couple of them are a bit dated and old. Some have USB charging, some don't. When you're treated so well, these little things don't matter.

Changed the pick-up location and had to get an Uber to Dunsborough as it was the last bus. Then, they messed us around, message Tag, telling us to call for a refund. Still nothing. If you value your time, don't let these waste it.

Took the bus from Perth to Busselton for the Ironman as an interstate visitor. Good value, helpful office staff and pleasant drivers.
