When visiting Batemans Bay recently in my Hyundai EV with my wife, we had a problem with the charge management system ...we couldn''t charge the car. South Coast Hyundai service squeezed us in on the Monday morning and rang later in the day to say they found the problem (a big / expensive one ....something thay had never seen before), and had got onto Hyundai to see what could be done. In short they ordered the part from Korea, got it couriered to Bateman's Bay, installed ad tested it and had the car ready 7 days later for collection .....with all costs covered under warranty,
The team were great. Professional, friendly and on the ball.

First time I've used Coastal Auto Batemans Bay for Service/Repairs. Warm greeting on arrival, bonus that they provide a bus service to take you home and pick you up again once your vehicle has been attended to. Was quite a delay in getting me home..my only gripe. Mechanic fully explained my Ute's issue, how to solve the problem should it recurrent so a big 👍. Many thanks to the lovely staff, have already recommended you to another Holden owner.
