Our experiences have been positive from the first moment we commenced with South Coast Disability Services .
Firstly there is a genuine care for the clients, a positive affirming rapport that delivers a positive relationship. Our son Chris enjoys the company ,the interactions and sense of belonging with the staff and other clients.
The quality of activities is appropriate and these are worked out with the client and carers ,reviewed and modified as required. Additionally we receive communication both verbally and via technology initiatives that keep us informed. It is also worth noting that the service is reliable so clients can depend on services being delivered.
Financially the service is transparent with quotes provided ( NDIS guidelines)and adhered to which is much appreciated. Invoices are sent soon after service delivery which makes budgeting easier for us as self managing carers.
Tania and her staff are very approachable, professional and knowledgeable in their dealings with us and we appreciate their wonderful contribution to Chris’ life.
