Wow! Have just come out of a 90 min sound healing session with Yifat and it was amazing.
We had twenty people in the session yet it felt intimate and cost. Yifat has taken us on a meditation journey using various instruments and tools, each with a different frequency and sound. It was magical and ever so relaxing and refreshing. Felt like I had the best sleep ever.
