Recently returned from a terrific Soulfit Adventures bike trip in Provence. All aspects of the trip we well organized and perfect for our group of eight. The Pinarello bikes were sized right and in nearly new condition. The host of the charming villa where we stayed went out of his way to make sure all the guests had whatever might request. The trip included a bike guide (Seb) who knew every road in the area so rides were tailored to the group's ability while maximizing the spectacular scenery. Seb was entertaining, even when not intentional, in a good way. The food exceeded expectations even for France. After each day's ride, Virginia led a yoga session that was appreciated, even for someone that has never done yoga. I am looking forward to signing up for another trip with Soulfit.

My Soulfit Adventure in Lucca September 2022 was a magnificent experience.The road-cycling was so professional and really took my skills up several levels. The scenery was gorgeous, and the villa where we were based has to be seen to be believed; beautiful pool and grounds, lovely accommodation and huge fantastic nourishing meals every day. Virginia balanced out the physical cycling side with high quality cultural experiences such as visiting a heritage villa and biodynamic vineyard for a wine tasting, dining at a 300 year old family restaurant, and massages from a professional. It was an amazing break from normal life, a physical challenge that made me proud and a taste of the finer things in life all rolled into one.
I highly recommend it. Virginia is indefatigable, classy, super-organised, thinks of everything, and is a super fit cyclist who makes you lift your game!

We had the great opportunity to guide the Soulfit Adventures group for 3 days through our beautiful Tweed Valley, Murwillumbah and surrounding areas.

Virginia’s organizational skills and professionalism made it a 5 STAR, fantastic weekend for everyone and made it special for me as the tour guide.

If you are looking to feed your soul while enjoying fantastic scenery on your bike, surrounded by an amazing group of like-minded people with great food and attitude to life these retreats are for YOU.

Virginia’s retreats are second to none.
Had the most amazing time relaxing and riding. Every little detail is thought out. Very organised and I felt well looked after. Amazing food. Highly recommend.
