One of the worst experience I have ever had!

After an intensive half year of work, the only thing that I dreamed, was to have a fantastic birthday with my partner and friends.
We rented a flat from Jindabyne Accommodation Centre willing to have an amazing and worry free experience at Jindabyne.
As soon as we got there, it was noticed that the flat wasn't cleaned (white powder maybe sugar or salt on top of a bedside table next to the sofa and on dinning table), greased dishes, pans, glasses and etc.

We also found a burn next to the stove that if we did not take a picture straight away, we would have be charged for it. Because the management of this Centre tried to guilt us for it!

After just 5 dishes washed, the sink became completely blocked and we couldn't even wash a simple glass.
Time for a tea and try to forget about it, right? Not possible! Kettle wasn't working neither.

After a terrible first night experience, we called Jindabyne Accommodation Centre to inform these issues and the manager, Mel Stonestreet, was very rude. She charged $160 to fix the sink, even though the plumber confessed that it was an old issue and it was not our fault. She also tried to guilt us for the burn next the stove. Luckily, we were quicker than them and took a photo before.

I would like to say thank you for Jindabyne Accommodation Centre, for all their effort to ruin my birthday trip. However, even with all these issues, we managed to have a good time, spending most of the time as possible, outside from this expensive and not well maintained flat.

We had a great stay with Jindabyne Accommodation Centre! Their properties are immaculate and the staff are always on hand to help with any queries, however small.. We have been coming back year after year!

Loved our bike riding weekend away in the Snowing mountains and the staff at Jindabyne Accommodation Centre were very helpful during our stay.
The property we stayed in had all that we needed.
