Leanne went above and beyond!! Snow Connect isn't just transfers, they will improve your trip 10x!!!!
Highly recommend going in off-peak, you get to see everything under the snow and there's so much to do.
Thanks to Leanne I had an amazing experience in the Snowy Mountains; beautiful hikes, Kosciusko, BRUMBIES, horse riding, wild deer, wallabies, and so much more. Leanne was happy to pull over whenever I saw something I liked, and went out of her way to show me places - and even gave me a gift when I left.

Leanne provided excellent service with the shuttle from the Trout Hatchery to Thredbo, so that we could ride the Thredbo Valley Track. The process was easy and she was very responsive over email. We had emailed three different providers but Snow Connect were the first to reply and offered a great price too. Highly recommended - we'll definitely use your services again next time we come down! 5 stars ?

Let me start by saying Leanne is an absolute legend. She went above and beyond assisting me with getting back on trail so that I could continue achieving my trail goals. I used this company in August 2024 and would recommend them. Our arrival was delayed and they were pretty patient waiting for us. Got us to our destination, and return, safely and without hassles. The drivers offered useful tips for do's and don'ts on the snowfields and staying in Thredbo. Am happy with the service.

Our dream perisher trip quickly turned south when I car hit a roo and had to be towed back to Sydney.

Leanne was so helpful in booking us a last-minute transportation on the weekend.

Andrew came right on time the following day with a comfortable vehicle for the family. Communication was great from both leanne and Andrew.

Andrew was very knowledgeable about the area. His stories made the 1.5 hour trip fly by for us. Highly recommended for any transportation around the snowy region.

Fantastic shuttle service for MTB riders doing the Thredbo Valley Trail one way. Arranged a pick up time with Leanne from Lake Crackenback back to Thredbo. She was happy to change pick up time should we be slower than expected, or stop for lunch at Resort. Highly recommend this service.
