My wife and I used SMS as part of an all-inclusive wedding venue package, and we could not be happier. Averi was our coordinator, and everything was taken care of for us. They had to change due to rain, and we didn’t have to lift a finger. Everything was perfect and we both felt pampered and spoiled. She took care of the schedule for the day, and everything flowed perfectly. I could not be happier with their service and have been raving about them since the wedding.

My daughter chose SMS Events for help in planning her wedding in November 2023. Caleigh was an amazing asset and so vital in making sure all of my daughter's plans stayed on track, and ensuring the end result would be MAGNIFICENT. She was very patient with this MOB nervous nelly too. I can not give adequate praise for everything Caleigh and Michele (SMS owner) did the day of. Rae was able to go about her day of celebrating her bridal day with her best friends/bridesmaids without giving a single thought or concern for what was taking place at the venue. Her trust in them was truly rewarded, and then some, by this very professional, genuinely loving, and completely dialed in team.

Oh my goodness, I wish I could hire Caleigh to be my day of coordinator for my everyday life. This girl has a GIFT and I feel SO lucky that I had her to work with on our big day. SMS as a whole was an absolute joy to hire. We were assigned to Caleigh and truthfully, I didn’t even want a coordinator but it was required by our venue so we made it work. Within minutes of speaking to their team, I knew that it would be the best investment into our wedding and I sure was right. Caleigh made the entire day (and leading up to it) the most magical experience. We DIYed a lot of things and Caleigh didn’t even bat an eye when I asked for help on any of it. She showed up ready to work and kept my entire day calm, cool, and collected. Not one minute went by that I was stressed because I knew she had everything under control. Remember when hiring: you aren’t hiring these vendors for a few hours. They are with you leading up to the day, during the rehearsal, and the entire day/night of your wedding. You want someone that you click with. You want someone who cares. You want someone that you can talk to and enjoy it. Caleigh was beyond professional yet so much fun. She made us feel so special and brought all of our dreams to life. I cannot put it into words how much it meant. If you’re considering hiring SMS, you won’t be disappointed!

From the first moment I met Caleigh, through the phone calls, up until the first meeting in person, right through the wedding day and even after, she was spectacular! Anything I needed, anytime I needed it, she was there. The day of she was on top of every single thing, and I am a worrywart and a control freak, and she handled everything to the point where I didn’t even have to worry about it. She made the entire day flawless. I wasn’t a bridezilla and no one in our families had a single concern! Vendors went through her, the set up was exactly how I wanted it, which was of course, all her! She dealt with my kids like she was an aunt to them! When things went slightly off, like my daughter walking around, instead of down the aisle, we just rolled with it, and she just helped me so much! Highly recommend Caleigh for all event needs!!!

Got married 5/17 of this year. Laurynn was far exceeded our expectations...we gave her the freedom to her magic with the decor we had and asked her to tap tap tap her wrist (lol) if needed to keep time line in tact. I was lucky enough to receive SMS Events & Designs services for Day of Wedding coordination through my venue Villa Festa. Caleigh met with myself and my husband at our final details meeting with the venue prior to the wedding but had reached out months before to let us know she would be available if we had any questions etc. At the time I did not have a planner and was doing it all myself. If I had known what an amazing asset Caleigh was I would have hired her the minute I got engaged.

Caleigh organized all my vendors, got them all on a timeline, and did countless things I would never have thought of to make the day run smoothly. It is very likely my wedding would’ve been a hot mess if I hadn’t had her in the month leading up to it.
Day of the event Caleigh was my angel on earth, she was there for literally every need I had whether it be corralling children, setting up decor, getting me drinks and food to bustling my dress and keeping us on time. I did not have to have a thought in my head other than getting married because Caleigh handled EVERYTHING ELSE.

Caleigh completely saw the vision of what we wanted the day to be and made it happen. I trusted her to place all the decor where ever she felt was right and it was even better than I could imagine. If I could get married every day and have Caleigh organize it and have the Villa Festa host it I would. My sisters were busy with their kids and sadly unable to help me with a lot of silly little things during the event but any time I needed anything Caleigh was there. Writing this I am getting emotional thinking of how my day would have been without her and how lucky I am to have had her with me on the most important day of my life.

Let's just say my husband and I had the best experience ever with Michelle and her team. Michelle (the owner) was a very hands on coordinator from the day we connected. She helped make our wedding planning go a lot smoother and on our wedding day the SMS team executed everything so well. Even our guests gave compliments on how great the SMS team was.
