I sent a parcel from Melbourne to Sri Lanka and there was a charge for the receiver to pick up (Rs2500). This was not mentioned to me at the time of sending. So please it would be helpful for us to know of these charges before we send our packages and also what are these extra charges for, it would be helpful for you guys to explain this to us?

Skyway group which also handles Ceylon Shipping Lines Australia is one of the worst companies in the travel and cargo industry. Never hand them any valuable items, they will misplace them. My items were handed over to them which was misplaced (possible theft from someone within the organization). No one in the organization including the Managing Director takes responsibility. They will give answers such as "CCTV footage deleted", "it is common to lose packages" and "use insurance".
