HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - USE ANOTHER AGENT - NOT WORTH THE STRESS

I recently booked a holiday with Skilled Travel and left on Christmas Eve we arrived at our destination at 11pm to find we had no accomodation booked (which we had paid skilled for), we tried to contact skilled but there office was closed to the 3rd of january (the day we fly back from our holiday) and if it were an emergency to send an email to which there was an automatic response email say someone would contact me within 48hrs (at this point me and my partner are stressing on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day) I was on the phone to Australia until 2am trying to sort it out to the point were we put our own credit card as security for a room (did not sleep Well) in the morning I was in reception until lunch time to which it was still not sorted out and this put allot of stress on me and my partner next day still not sorted and finally sorted by the 28th, 4 days of our trip gone. However on the 27th my only communication I had received from skilled was an email basically saying I hope it sorted out when I arrived back in Australia we had a call from skilled saying they are now putting in emergency contact info as a result of our experience and offered us $100 voucher as compensation for the first four days of our trip being stressful as a result of there horrible customer service I find this insulting as the voucher which I would never use equates to 1.6% of the cost of the trip. I asked the person from skilled if they were in my situation would they have been happy with the $100 voucher to which they did not answer. That says it all.

Since 2011 we have been visiting with Angela, Sean and Michelle at Skilled Travel Ingleburn - to make our travel dreams and Bucket List moments a reality.

To date these amazing people have arranged our cruises on P&O Pacific Jewel to New Zealand and Vanuatu including all requested shore tours prior to shoving off, our trips to China with stops in Beijing, Xian, Hong Kong and Singapore including all flights, transfers and accomodation. We visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, The Walled City Of Xian along with the Terra Cotta Warriors. All this and much more has been the work of the Skilled Travel team alone.

The most recent trip in 2017 was created for us by Angela from a list of locations, a timeframe and activities from Auckland to Queenstown NZ. All flights, transfers, motels, buses, hire car and activities including visiting the Shire, the Big Swing, Jetboating the Canyon and Zip Lining just to name a couple all occurred on time and on budget too.

This year the team has arranged an around Australia Cruise lasting 28 nights on the Sea Princess. This one will allow us to see locations in every state of Australia and the bottom tip of New Guinea. Throw in Port Arthur, Quokka’s at Rottnest Island, Camel Ride along Cable Beach at Broome, swim with the Crocodile in Darwin just to name a few and you can see that they are very good at what they do.

What they do is make your dreams come true, they are all seasoned travellers and know the pitfalls and pleasures that World Travel has in store for everyone of us.
All you have to do is visit Sean, Angela or Michelle and let them help you to make your dreams a reality.
Trust me when I say they have never steered us wrong and all our trips have left us madly saving towards the next.
Travel really does open your mind, broarden your horizons and release endorphins by the ton.
