While our trip to Canada hasn’t happened yet, Ski Holidays & Tours has provided amazing service right from the first approach. We tend to make our travel plans independently but from the first phone call to Sue, she understood what we were looking for and helped us with arrangements for a few destinations on our road trip. Sue has kept us up to date with the latest Covid related news in Canada and it’s been great to have someone on the ground in Canada at this time. When we’ve needed to change plans due to new restrictions, Sue has been most understanding and quick to act. Thanks Sue, here’s hoping all goes to plan.

Sue is absolutely incredible to work with. She is so knowledgeable about Canadian ski resorts. Her ability to listen to what exactly you are looking for, as well as her attention to every detail is amazing. She works hard to get fantastic pricing and with top notch service along the way. Ski Holidays and Tours organized our trip (4 families) from Toronto for Whistler. It was an absolutely great experience, with everything delivered exactly as specified (hotel, shuttle, amenities, ski lift tickets, etc.). The management team at the agency is extremely responsive and has kept us up to date with any changes -- including the stuff such as change of the boarding gate at the airport. This was very impressive!

The other major, MAJOR point is that they came in with the best price for the exact same package, when we compared them with other agencies.

I have nothing but best to say about Ski Holiday and Tours and we will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Sue has been fantastic. She was so helpful and knowledgable when we booked our trip. But she was even more fantastic when we had to cancel because of a medical emergency. She was so understanding and went out of her way to find another client to take over most of our hotel reservation! She kept in touch and asked how my son is. Fantastic ski resort with powder puff snow, perfect accommodation ski in/ski out, first class organisation by Sue & her team who always goes beyond! Highly recommend Ski Holidays & Tours as we are guaranteed the best ski holiday in Canada & that is why we continually come back 🙂

Sue and her team at Ski Holidays and Tours arranged a ski holiday for my wife and me at Whistler. The information provided was excellent - accurate and extensive. Multiple changes were made promptly and efficiently. Good advise provided continually. And then Covid problems meant all the good work had to be undone. Cancellations and refunds were managed in the same professional way as the initial bookings. Highly recommended
