We recently celebrated my son’s first birthday at SKHQ, and it was nothing short of amazing! I turned the venue into a Wild One Safari theme, bringing in all my own food, drinks, and decorations. The flexibility was incredible – I had access to the building when I needed to set up, making the whole process stress-free.

A special shoutout to Kate, who was incredibly supportive and helpful every step of the way. Her kindness and attention to detail made the experience even better.

The space itself is so kid-friendly, with plenty of room for little ones to run around, play games, and enjoy themselves. All of our guests had an absolute BLAST and couldn’t stop raving about how unforgettable the party was.

If you’re looking for a venue that’s spacious, accommodating, and perfect for creating memories, SKHQ is it. I couldn’t recommend it more!

I have used Katie's space at SKHQ numerous times for my baby massage classes, and most recently for a social media content day. The booking process was seamless and Katie was available to contact at all times to discuss the day.
I have attended other events in the space and have always enjoyed the fresh, welcoming feeling of the place. If anybody is ever looking for a venue to host an event, I always recommend SKHQ.

I had the best time hosting my birthday party here. Katie is kind, genuine and incredibly helpful. I found the hire fees for SKHQ affordable and great value for money. It’s a great location and such a cute space!

Lovely aesthetic , and love that it is diy. However there was a couple of things that fell short. Kate was helpful up until we paid for the venue, after that i never heard back about quotes on food trucks, or much else. It’s extremely hot , got alot of people complaining about the heat even with the fans all the way up. Fridge was too small to fit the cake in properly.
Overall we did have a lovely time, but these few things did cause a-lot of frustration. We do feel it was overpriced considering we got a package deal, that didn't really feel had any other benefits other than the venue itself

I had my daughter’s 1st birthday at SKHQ.
Kate the owner was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was very flexible with our last minute asks and was super nice!
The pricing was very reasonable as well.
The venue is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious.
I will definitely be booking this venue again for future events and I wish SKHQ and Kate all the best for the future!!.

SKHQ was the perfect venue for our event. Katie organised a bartender which was very professional and the perfect person to help and assist behind the counter. The space was clean and very easy to transform to what we required.
There were ample parking for all our guests and enough space for a food truck that did the catering for us. The beautiful coffee shop next door that served amazing coffee was a bonus.
