They were very helpful people. Due to flood waters the visit to the area had to be cancelled and so I had to cancel the booking for the car. The staff were most understanding and helpful so will have no hesitation in making a booking in the future.

This was the first time we have ever needed to have a Hire Car so obviously we were quite unsure and nervous. The lovely lady at Sixt Toowoomba put us at ease immediately and explained to my husband how to work all the bells and whistles on the new car. She was very encouraging and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We would give her service a 10 out of 10.
My only comment would have been that we would have liked a smaller car as we only wanted to drive it around town but we would probably be in a minority in that.

Not happy, hired a moving truck and drove over 9hrs for moving and dropped it off to find out that a chip from a rock while driving 100km an hour isn’t covered in basic accidental protection which cost us over $400 for a whole new windshield, not even a chip repair kit. Extortion at its finest!

One of the cheapest in Toowoomba is have found, with more kilometres then anywhere else. Great staff as well we defintly be back and will recommend to anyone.
