Easy to hire only downside was the remote for the tailgate had been broken by previous hirer and no replacement was available made it a slow day having to get up and down off lifter to raise and lower

Waste of time, booked a car online and received confirmation of booking. Website stated opening hours so booked for pickup during those times and caught a taxi out which cost $50.00 only to find they were closed. Called the number on the door and he said "I'm out of town, there's nothing I can do". So we were left stranded with two little kids. Have heard similar stories since and have been told he doesn't care, happens all the time, airport staff wasn't surprised ? not a good experience at all, would give negative stars if was an option
