I was very impressed with the staff, friendliness. professionalism, and made me feel at ease with the car. I had never driven a car of that size or type before. They were lovely. Hired the 3.5 t Isuzu moving truck. Easy to drive. Fully automatic. Best response of the truck when using premium diesel. The only issue was, the truck back compartment housing the furniture being transported, leaked. This resulted in some furniture getting wet. Admittedly the rain was torrential. Otherwise a good experience. Also, the rates were very competitive. I highly recommend SIXT and would definitely use them again.

So easy to book online; choose the car, what add on options I want covered and its done! No hidden fees, cancellation or unexpected costs. Beautiful, new style cars, clean and ready to go. I often receive an upgrade too at no extra cost which is nice! Always friendly with highly organised and swift service, I have used Charlestown NSW SIXT car and truck rentals many, many times. From long distance travel, replacement car while mine is out of action to self driver moving house I choose SIXT Charlestown first every time. I highly recommend them. Thanks Team!

I do apologise, I didn’t catch the name of the lovely lady that assisted me this afternoon when picking up my car but it was a fantastic experience. Excellent team member - Josh - he was all over it, and at least other customer called him by name to thank him for their car rental. People make a business, and I’d recommend Josh at SIXT in Charlestown to look after your needs. Nice to see customer service in action by this young man.

I ended up cancelling my reservation through no fault of sixt.
Through my booking process I found the staff to be amazingly helpful and polite.
I have no doubt next car hire I will go straight to sixt is not only were there staff exceptional their prices were also more than reasonable..
My reason for four out of five stars is due to the fact I did not actually pick the car up I cancelled the book in due to personal circumstances but I dare say if I did keep the book in the most definitely would they have five star rating thanks sixt

Wonderful service. Helpful lady who sorted the rental for me. Very impressed with my car. Great experience all round. She even rang for a taxi when I returned the rental car.
