The crew here are absolutely fantastic!! The beers and alternative brews are spectacular! The food is sensational and chef/s did an outstanding job with tasty and beautifully cooked food. The atmosphere is very welcoming and is excellent for a relaxing catch up with friends and family.
I cannot speak highly enough of the crew though. Great people who love to help and make your experience the best it can be. Thank you guys for a great time!!

So nice we went there thrice! Brilliant burger paired with a tasting paddle. Hooked on the Hard Creaming Soda - outstanding!!!

Dear Six Strings Brewery,

I never thought I’d be writing this letter, but here we are. It’s been a good run, hasn’t it? We’ve been coming to you every year since we were old enough to drink, making memories with every pint and burger. But lately, things have changed. And not for the better.

Remember when we used to be excited about those frosty glasses of beer? You always knew how to hit the spot. But now? The prices have gone up so high that it’s hard to enjoy the experience. I mean, I get it—times change, but this feels like you’re not thinking of us anymore.

And the burgers… oh, those burgers. They used to be the perfect companion to our brews, juicy and flavorful. Now they’re just dry and disappointing. It’s like you’re not even trying.

It breaks my heart to say this, but I think we’re done. We’ll always have the memories, but I don’t think we’ll be coming back on our next boys’ trip. It’s time for us to find a new spot that values what we once had.

Goodbye, Six Strings Brewery. We’ll miss what you used to be.

Wow this place was a great surprise and we want more people to know about them. After a long walk on the coastal trail we needed food and drink stat and Six String definitely delivered. Pulling up and just seeing a door into a warehouse we were a little doubtful but once walking in we knew excellence was what we could count on. Fascinating set up eating and drinking along side the production!! The food was amazing. We didn’t have alcohol but we really enjoyed the Six String Ginger Beer and the wonderful gal that took care of us. Highly recommended!!! We were told they are just about to open another location so keep a look out for this one. I have a feeling they will do very well!!

Had an awesome visit over the holiday weekend back in Jan. Unreal beers and really tasty food - shreddin’ IPA & the burgers were personal favourites. Stu was a legend and really looked after us! Talked us through each of the beers to help us pick our paddles and gave us a run down on the history of the brewing. Would highly recommend and definitely looking to head back the next time we’re around the area. Cheers guys!

Good beer but rather expensive; polite staff. And the positives end there! They have a small space and it is hard to find a table. It has no aircon so it was too hot when we got there in the afternoon of a hot day. food is rather expensive for the low quality. Ordered chicken burger for me and my partner $26 each!!! It was too greasy and overcooked, same as fries! Ended up leaving the food behind. Just 2 beers and 2 burgers ended to be $74 which is rather expensive for a brewery!

Quirky place with super quirky entry door! Unfortunately we went on a hot day and it was pretty much unbearable in there but it was definitely one of the best cheeseburgers ever and fun checking the place out. The beer of course was hot very quickly. We had a paddle and I think the glasses were in the wrong spots and writing on paddle didn’t match the labels on taps so hard to tell what we liked. Recommend checking it out but go on a cool day not a heatwave.

First visit and I was super happy. The beer here is excellent and I had to take a case of their IPA back to Sydney with us. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, best part is the accompanying BBQ care of Black Bear. The Briskit and Pork and Wings were reminding me of BBQ places I visited in Arizona. This will be the first of many visits!
