We have had the pleasure of knowing this wonderful family through our shared involvement at the tennis club, where their daughters and I participate. My wife and I have dined at their café a few times, and I want to highlight what we truly love about it.

First and foremost is their commitment to recycling; their innovative use of old milk cartons is a testament to their environmental awareness, which resonates throughout the café. Next, the freshness of their ingredients is exceptional—especially their croissants, which are simply delightful.

Moreover, the customer service is unparalleled. The warmth and hospitality of the family are evident every time we visit. Sophia is always serving customers with a smile and is eager to engage in conversation, no matter how busy she is. Whether it's their two daughters eagerly taking our orders or the amazing Benson bustling around to ensure everyone is well taken care of while collaborating seamlessly with the chef in the kitchen, it truly feels like a welcoming home away from home.

I wholeheartedly recommend this charming establishment to anyone looking to satisfy their appetite while in Westleigh. Don't miss out on this gem! A++!

But the five star I rated for the efforts of smart thinking to the sustainable operation. By reuse the soy milk bottle for the coffee holder, not only can save the cost but also reuse the solid waste.
That's the true sustainable operation practice in the hospitality industry,

I like the location and the customer vibe. Always nice to see a community interacting. I’ve had better experiences other trips. May just be a staff shortage issue, but while perfunctory politeness was on display, feeling rushed and like you’re a bit of a hassle isn’t the ideal vibe. The food was a bit sparse… a half slice of ham on a croissant I bought for a friend made me feel a bit embarrassed to have him go hungry. But the hardest thing was was the coffee today. It was incredibly hard to drink. Tasted burnt and gritty, like the machine hasn’t been cleaned (I’m sure it has, just the flavour was unpalatable for me), just that ashy unpleasant mouth feel and lingering taste. That said the barista clearly has great skills. The coffee art I saw go past showed high proficiency and probably thousands of hours of latte practice. So I’m going with equipment or incredibly over-roasted beans. I’m confident this was just a bad day, and I wouldn’t have bothered to write this, but hoping these minor things which summatively became unpleasant, are all easy to sort out.

I've had the pleasure of frequenting this local café several times, and each visit has been consistently delightful. The breakfast options are not only delicious but also reflect a thoughtful variety. The staff members are unfailingly friendly, creating a welcoming environment. The service is consistently excellent, making every experience enjoyable. I must mention their croissants, which happen to be my favorite – flaky, buttery perfection. I highly recommend this café for a satisfying breakfast and a consistently great time.
