Coming from Sydney I had no idea about drive on beaches and was in-awe when we drove straight to the beach and setup our tent in front of the sea. The flat sand and calm waves made it so family friendly, I wish Sydney had these beaches

Beautiful beach with crystal clear water ...just cold even in a hot day but good! You can drive your car on the beach and people drive very slowly so it doesn't seem to be a problem. Small little waves good for body board. Toilets and playground is on the right entry.
