Stayed for work for a few days, was dismayed to see how cheap it was as that doesn't bode well...seems functional at first, double bed, decent bathroom, kettle, microwave...but it was pretty grimey at the edges and worst of all, bedbugs or something in the beds causing itches. I tried to tolerate it, although I was booked in there for two weeks, I simply couldn't stand it and had to leave with rashes everywhere. Had to leave work to wash and dry literally everything i had to get them off.||However owners were understanding and accommodating. They thought it was midges, which isn't great anyway, but they did refund when I asked to leave.||Other drawbacks is a seriously tight carpark, broken lights, sliding door to adjacent room allowing all sound to come through and long term residents screaming their heads off during the night. However tight the budget, this isn't worth it.

Was a pretty comfortable bed, nice big room, floors were not clean and carpets had stains but other than that it was really good for 80$ a night!

We had such a great stay! The owners are just lovely and very understanding of us having a young son with us and all that comes with that lol. We will certainly stay again when we are up next. The rooms are very comfortable for the very affordable price.

Only stayed 20 minutes! Check in is 2-7, Arrived 2:15pm note on office said closed until 3pm. When returning made to wait while she finished her smoke before being served. In the 20 minutes I was there with my son she yelled at someone about their driving and then (I have recorded) screamed at other guests about drugs and their behaviour. Didn’t feel safe left and was told she would refund (booked via travel app, screenshot pics of conversation) our night just chased this up as no refund yet and have now been told she won’t be refunding. Rooms very are run down paint missing, dusty and very sad rooms.

Initial visit was passable. Air conditioner very noisy. Returned next weekend for booking made previous October. ‘Manageress’ totally unfriendly and demanding cash payment in addition to payment made via Booking.com. Accused us of leaving rubbish in the waste bin in the bathroom, apparently we were supposed to empty it into the bins outside! Will not be back.

I have stayed in many motels and must say I have never been so sorry to have booked a place....the staff (owners I think) were rude aggressive when I made a simple request for some extra toilet paper (as I was I town for a medical procedure) was told there was plenty in room ( not even half a roll ). The room itself is in urgent need of an upgrade bathroom particularly...I was curious as to why a can of insect spray placed in room I soon found out why. It had a 3 and a half star rating on the net but I think it is at least 3 stars over it correct rating

I have never been treated so poorly by strangers, let alone at a place I have paid to be. I was abused on multiple occasions by a woman and a man who appeared to be the owners. It was a scary level of aggression that actually made me feel unsafe.

The occasions of abuse consisted of name calling and yelling, due to "excessive noise" outside at 6pm, some colleagues arriving late and visiting the office after hours. On top of the name calling and yelling, I was also accused of self-gratification outside. The male owner stated he had proof on camera and was going to contact the police. It was completely irrational behaviour and no one at any point was willing to have an actual conversation.

We had a week long booking and only stayed one night, no refund given.

Aside from the revolting treatment from the owners, the rooms were mouldy, dirty and falling apart. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

This motel is obviously in need of/about to undergo renovations. Reasonable location for bus, train and access to city centre.. Guest laundry facility was out of action but still listed in room..price listed $5 each for washing n drying bit much anyway? Rooms with adjoining doors should be limited to families or groups not solos as noise travels through doors easier!!
