Toby is the one you want. I’ve just sold through Toby and he is the real estate agent you want to have selling your home. Toby is focused, committed, experienced, knows the local market well, is optimistic yet realistic and always contactable. He has a keen interest in presenting your place in a way that will attract as many people as possible and reach the full potential during the sale process. I always felt I knew what was happening with the sale and importantly always felt I was receiving accurate and timely information and advice, with high integrity and professionalism and felt comfortable following his advice. Toby is a seasoned, extremely capable real estate who left no stone unturned. Tony works hard and caps how many sales he is managing at one time; he works for you and really delivers a smooth and less stress process. I could not be more delighted. I’d actually go straight to Toby and not consider others next time.

For Toby Hutton, the rudest real estate agent ever talked to. He is trying to fishing with the customer and play games. Treating customer so badly. Not professional at all. I wish I could give him 0 star if I could!!!

If you are thinking of listing your property for lease or sale Go elsewhere. Marlena Sait is rude, unhelpful and took money from an overpayment of rent and made us wait 4 months for the refund. Made my bond cleaner return a TV we paid 50% for then did not refund the difference. Also made claims of dust on blinds we could not open. Old fur itre and mold on ceiling. We had no hot water for 2 weeks and no rent reduction. Lied regarding an unauthorised payment against our credit card and just treats people, unprofessionally. The whole experience with this agency so stressful. I also wanted to buy the unit or find another residence. Was told, was too busy or forgot to send details. Go to another agent who cares about their business of leasing and selling properties. Toby on the other hand was lovely. But no communication, during termination of lease for sale. After being told, would give us a rent reduction for inconvenience and only given 3 weeks to move out.
