Fantastic service! Craig was our driver for 3 days whilst holidaying and he was always on time, polite, up for a good yarn and gave us plenty of suggestions for things to do! His service was impeccable and nothing was a hassle for him! Thank you for making our honeymoon trip easier!

Said they can drive to anywhere in Australia then when we call to book they were unhelpful and said they won’t pick us up at all. Said they’re not a removal service (2 people, 2 backpacks and about another backpack of stuff is apparently moving house)? Previously quoted $250 for a ride, then it was $400 then that wasn’t enough either. Icing on cake? One passenger has intellectual disability. Avoid.

Gotta give SPS 5 stars on the fantastic service we continue to receive from them, Darren our driver took us up to sydney and came and picked us up promptly 5 days later, Darren looked after us very well. nothing is any trouble for them, highly recommend Shoalhaven Passenger Service,

My wife and I spent the long weekend at Molllymook and decided to go to Bannisters Pavillon for dinner on Saturday night. We booked SPS to take us there and asked about the return journey to which we were told to call 20 minutes before we reassured to leave. I tried calling several times, left voice messages and sent text messages. No one even bothered to call back and they left us stranded. Luckily the people from Bannisters arranged a free trip back on their shuttle bus. Disappointing experience.

We were picked up by Craig for a "family" Christmas night out and dropped home by another driver, (sorry can't remember this guys name as we had had a few by then)
But both were so friendly and happy to accommodate us.
Will definitely be using the service more for more nights out.
