Brilliant service and facilities. The hotel is really stunning, and the restaurant, bar and pool are really lovely. So nice to be on the beachfront as well. The bar has amazing cocktails, delicious food and really good service. The breakfast is fantastic, such a good range of different foods. The staff are so friendly! We had some issues with the cleaning staff not servicing our room the first night we were there, but this was resolved with the staff at the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay otherwise and will be happy to stay again!

The beautiful view of the pool and ocean through the restaurant’s large glass windows was truly impressive.

The room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. However, the hairdryer was too weak, and there was no body lotion provided. The staff didn’t feel particularly friendly, but they were always helpful and accommodating to our needs.

The parking was convenient with camera-based access, and there was always a spot available near the elevator. The pool was large and heated, and with the ocean right in front, the location was very accessible.

For some reason, both check-in and check-out were not smooth and took quite a bit of time. The breakfast quality was not great, but the view was amazing, and it wasn’t crowded, which we really liked.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! A special thank you to Mr Mitch (Front receptionist) who went above and beyond to accommodate us during a very busy time. Despite the high demand, they truly understood our situation and ensured we were well taken care of. We were so grateful for the thoughtful room upgrade—it made our stay even more comfortable and memorable.

The breakfast buffet was amazing—so many delicious options, beautifully presented, and something for everyone to enjoy. It was the perfect start to each day.

Exceptional service and hospitality like this deserve all the recognition. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism! Kids loved the stay ❤️

We had a wonderful experience with all the staff members we encountered. The resort is beautiful yet needs a bit of a refresh. The suite we were in (both times) was lovely and had beautiful views. The staff at the hotel bar were engaging, helpful and attentive. Ryan was the evening manager and he was exceptional as were Oceania, Teagan, Ricardo and Lachlan. We were at the resort for a few days, went traveling for a few days and came back. Their memory of us and attention to detail provided us with a warm and welcoming experience. We also had an exceptional experience with a young man at the valet but I can’t remember his name.

Wonderful experience. Everything was just lovely. We celebrated our Son and his wife's wedding. They were given the red carpet treatment. All of the Staff were amazing. Buffet breakfast was one of the best We have ever had. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Stayed 3 nights and was highly disappointed for the price we paid. Very mainly upset with the experience and had high hopes but was let down. I will start off by saying The staff and everyone were lovely and super helpful but it was the visual experience of my holiday I was disappointed in.
A lot of the pools were empty and filthy, the main water features were half empty and dirty. This is the attraction you see when booking this experience but it looks nothing like the photos. This sets the whole experience as soon as you walk through the door and it all started from there.

The Aircon in the room didn’t work properly, there was no way to change it to cooling instead of heating so we could only set it to 17°C but it felt like 30°C and we couldn’t change it so in order to try and cool the room down we would open the window but then would have birds fly through the windows into the rooms and one did business on the bed missing my clothes barley. The Spa bath in the room had poor pressure and went cold before filling, even set to the hottest it was not enough once filled. The window had been messed with and had the rubber insides very poorly repaired. I had to turn off the room phone and lamp behind the bed because it would keep beeping enough to annoy you while trying to sleep. The windows in the rooms aren’t very good or soundproof as can hear everything happening outside and everything driving past, there was construction on the road outside the hotel during the night with jackhammers keeping us up all night until they stopped in the early morning.

The Breakfast had stale foods and pastries that had been sitting for a while, we asked and waited for a fresh lot to be told they are arriving shortly to later find out they never came.

What a wonderful family holiday! We had a beautiful clean bright room with an amazing view of the ocean. Check in was a breeze and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The buffet breakfast is of high quality and caters well for gluten intolerance people. Could not fault anything. Perfect 👌 We will surely be back to stay.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Sheraton. This place is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful resort and breathtaking views. Their wedding coordinator Emma , was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was romantic and just magical. We had a truly unforgettable day, and we're so grateful to have chosen Sheraton to host our special occasion.
