Although the place is clean and the staff is friendly, I strongly recommend that you avoid this establishment. We had booked for four nights but were kicked out on the first night for “noise disturbances.”

I am a very respectful person, and I was shocked by the decision of the campsite director. The rules clearly state that no noise is allowed after 10 PM. We were simply listening to music at a low volume in the early evening. At 9 PM, he came to ask us to turn it down. No problem, we complied. We went to bed around 10:30 PM (admittedly, we lost track of time), yet we received a message informing us of our definitive expulsion. All of this for just 30 minutes, without any real disturbance on our part.

We sincerely apologized and promised to be impeccable moving forward, but it didn’t change anything. After reading previous reviews from people who had experienced the same situation, I am convinced that the director is acting abusively.

Moreover, he didn’t even bother to get up the next morning to handle the refund himself, leaving the task to the receptionist (who, to be fair, was lovely). He replies to every review just to create a false sense of professionalism and to make people feel like they must “follow the rules.”

If you still decide to go, be aware that you’ll be dealing with an unstable person who films guests as “proof” and kicks people out for something as minor as jumping into the pool.

Seriously, avoid this place—trust me.

We stay in a poolside cabin. The cabin was cool on arrival with aircon on for a hot day. The cabin was very clean and tidy with everything you needed. Close to the pool which was very clean and lovely and cool. The grounds were well look after by the lovely manger who takes time to look after everything. Always up for a chat. We will be staying again, thank you

Thank you for our stay at your caravan park everything fulfilled our expectations. Unfortunately I chose to park directly under a tree and was bombed accordingly. I will be more careful next time. We will be seeing you again around the end of April for another stay cheers kerry

We had an extremely disappointing experience during our stay. The staff was rude and displayed clear discrimination, which made the entire visit unpleasant. Basic politeness, fairness, and proper customer service were entirely lacking. ||Holidays and outings are supposed to be enjoyable and relaxing, but staying here felt more like being in a jail. Despite charging high prices, the service provided was absolutely subpar and unacceptable. ||We would not recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a pleasant experience, this is not the place to go. Save your money and choose somewhere else where guests are treated with respect and care.

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with our recent experience at Shepparton Holiday Park and Village. The accommodation was only suitable for four people.
We had to find alternative arrangements for one of our family members, which was inconvenient and stressful. However, the real issue arose when we discovered that the receptionist had cancelled our booking without notifying us. She assumed we had simply walked out, which was not the case.

This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. We were left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and disrespected. The receptionist's actions demonstrated a clear lack of regard for our time, money, and well-being.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this Holiday Park due to their poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. There are plenty of other Holiday Park that value their customers and provide a much better experience.

We have often stayed on a powered caravan site. ALL of the staff were extremely friendly and we have seen vast improvements over the years. The toilets and showers are older but very clean. Staff were making a conscious effort to keep the grass sites green. Lots of bird life and very pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Top job to
all who work there.

Decent room. Aircon works well, some units don’t have them… would definitely need it during Spring/Summer.

Fridge was set too cold and froze my $60 worth of groceries.

Was a good overall experience 🙂
