Worst service experience in many years. Rang a few mins before midday (closing time) to ask about outdoor heaters. (2 available). Stated I would be there in 10 mins to pickup. Was told “I don’t get paid to be here after 12”
Explained I needed outdoor heater for a birthday party that night after the forecast had changed and weather expected to be colder than first expected - response = “bad luck”. What a disgrace.

Rang to hire a mini digger for the weekend, this one once the one stop shop for me, unfortunately i called to hire a mini digger for a weekend, cause its a public holiday and they are not open on Monday I need to pay the half day for Monday. I’ve just called someone else and hired there unit. And will continue to do so in the future from now only needed it for 8 hours and needed to pay for longer than I needed it cause they are not there to accept the rental return on Monday.

I hired the Vermeer S925TX for a day, the machine was very easy to use, it also appeared to be well looked after.

These guys are so good. We had an issue with a cement mixer we hired and they came straight out, fixed it, gave us advice on our job and helped us get started. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

When first arriving at their depot to enquire about hiring apparently there was a sign at the front of the shed (not in front of the office) stating to stay in your car and drive in. Unfortunately I didn’t see the sign and as there was a car in front of me and a gentlemen already out of his car and walking around I also got out of my car. The female staff member very abruptly told me in no uncertain terms that I should be in my car and asked if I was blind as there was a sign out the front. I’m not sure if she was unhappy that she had to get up from her desk to serve me or if she was just having a bad day but her rudeness was certainly uncalled for.
I sheepishly ordered 3 x 12 seater round tables for our function & 3 table cloths along with other things. She told me she would email a price through to me that afternoon and a week later I sent my husband in as I never received any email and was certainly not willing to go back to be treated so rudely.
After my husband went in to enquire we received the email that day however they had trestle tables on the order form which was not what we ordered.
I contacted her yet again and was told it was a mistake on the form but guaranteed us that the correct tables would turn up on the day.
On the day 3x 8 seater tables arrived instead which left us 12 seats short.
My husband rang on the day and they did at least agree to deliver another table.
An hour before people started to arrive we were placing the table cloths on only to find 2 of the 3 cloths were incorrect and didn’t fit.
We were also told everything would be picked up Monday around 11am and no one turned up until late Tuesday.
I’m not sure if we were just unlucky but we certainly found them to be very unorganised and unprofessional which led to a lot of unnecessary stress.
We certainly will not be going back again.
