I recently spent a very comfortable week in this motel whilst visiting family. The room I had was a refurbished Queen size room ( no 15 ) on the upper level and was very spacious . A nice new shower which was very roomy. |Well appointed with a microwave, kettle and toaster. Plus tea and coffee sachets along with hot chocolate. Mugs and glasses were provided along with cereal bowls and small plates.|The bed was quite comfortable and there was a decent side cupboard on both sides.The wardrobe had two compartments. One for the ironing board and the other one for clothes. Plenty of hanging space which was more than enough for 2 people.. Daily room service and there was also a guest laundry.|Walking distance to the main street with cafes and restaurants. Also there’s a IGA store which stocks plenty of products to make your stay very comfortable..In the grounds of the hotel there’s also a Tai restaurant which makes it very handy…||The manager Gary was very helpful and was able to let me stay an extra night due to wide spread flooding which affected my journey home by train.. |I will be returning at sometime in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending the Shellharbour Village Motel.

Our visit to the area was a very quick 1 night stay. Found a very well presented Motel that suited our needs. Conveniently located in the Village close to eateries and a local IGA. Management wonderful, arrived around 7pm on a chilly evening and they ensured our room's air conditioner was on to ensure we had a warm room. Rooms very clean and well presented.

We have stayed here numerous times when visiting family. Friendly owners and staff, nothing was too much trouble. We stay in disable room as husband in wheelchair. Very roomy bathroom to manoeuvre around, very clean room comfortable bed. Close to club and eateries, lovely Thai restaurant on site. Will definitely be back.

We stayed here for 9 days, from the UK, whilst visiting family in the area. So delighted we booked here! Our room was very large and absolutely spotless. All the facilities we could need - toaster, microwave, fridge, tea, coffee, ironing board, hairdryer, shower products in the bathroom - even an on-site laundry. We were right on top of the bus stop we used and, as everyone mentions, a short stroll to bars, restaurants and the seafront. Such a pretty little town, we could explore during our downtime. Loved it! Julie on the front desk went above and beyond with our queries.( Upstairs rooms not suitable if you have mobility problems, due to the flight of stairs, but plenty of accommodation ground floor). We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area and will definitely be back again. Thanks, Shellharbour Village Motel.

The room we stayed in was very modern, clean and comfortable.|It was perfect for us, my Mum and Dad who are in their 80s and myself had plenty of space in the room. |We were able to park right outside of the room and the Managers Judy and Paul were excellent, they were very accommodating. |Walking distance to the beautiful village. Great location.

The deluxe queen room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. Pleasant staff who were very accommodating.|Great location within walking distance to many eateries and beach pools.|Hairdresser next door and Thai Restaurant adjoining the motel were also both excellent and friendly which was great when travelling to have so close to accommodation.

We've stayed at the Shellharbour Village motel several times in the last few years and have always found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and spacious. The recent renovations have only enhanced this. The service provided by reception staff is also, without exception, always accommodating and friendly. Perfect location in the village for walking to the water, cafes, restaurants, pub etc.

This motel is pricey butt very clean, Also the room we stayed in was refurbished so very nice indeed. The other room friends stayed in was a bit iffy as the sealing was caving in in the bathroom, the shower had a high step, not good for my friend as the floor was slippery. Overall very clean.
