I have been a regular patient of Dr Hamut now for approximately 3 years. I’ve never had a more Professional and thorough doctor. He takes a personal interest in your health and always takes the time to listen. I’ve always found the reception staff to be very pleasant even though it’s so obvious how busy they always seem to be.

Review based only on call wait times. It’s impossible to get through to reception by phone. No matter what day or time of day, they are always ‘experiencing high call volumes’. Considering that most appointments can now be completed online, the high call volume at all times of the day is baffling. Last call I made was a 15 minute hold to get to someone

Very disability unfriendly I have a mobility scooter because I have Parkinsons. This place asked me hop off it most smaller than seven times because it’s in the way I move my scooter to a place where it’s not in anyone’s way next day will say don’t bring your wheelchairs with your scooter in there. I need the scooter for mobility. Very disability unfriendly to people so if you have a disability and you have a scooter, they do not want you to go in there. I wouldn’t even give them a one on this review or should have a nought.

Love the service, our dr is amazing, very thorough and understanding. The ladies at reception are wonderful and very accomodating amongst all the phone calls, paperwork and patients.
The nurses are very kind and caring towards us through every scenario
