Came here to buy Neverfail water bottles as I had run out and my Neverfail subscription home delivery isn’t scheduled to come for another week.

The Neverfail website shows this Shell Coles Express as a pickup location.

The Neverfail water bottles are located in a locked cage just in front of the entrance. You can park right in front of the cage so it’s easy to transfer the bottles to your car.

You go to the cashier and pay for the bottles first, they give you a key to unlock the cage and get the bottles, you lock it again and return the key.

I didn’t know at the time that you needed to exchange your empty Neverfail bottle to get the bottles at a cheap price (swap bottle price - $12.95) vs full price (new bottle price - $22.85). [It says it on the sign but it’s in small print].

The lady at the counter and the manager were kind enough to let me have the bottles for the lower price. They were really accommodating and helpful.

It’s a bit different than other Neverfail pickup sites I’ve been to which didn’t have separate pricing if you didn’t bring a bottle to swap, but it’s a non-issue and easy enough to do, if you have a Neverfail water subscription you should already have empties at home. Just make sure you bring some to swap.

If I run out of bottles again I’d go here first. The staff were friendly, and the process of getting a Neverfail bottle was easy. Plus they’re fully stocked.

I had driven to another petrol station pick up site just before coming here and their cage was filled with just empty bottles. So it’s good that this location was well stocked.

Thanks to the team member last week, who helped me when my car broke down. They were able to help me move my car away from the Bowser and try and jumpstart it even though their shifted finished and it was Valentine’s Day huge shout out!

This used to be my go to fuel stop, but I've visited in the last couple of weeks around 8.55pm only to find them closed! Seems crazy seeing Red Rooster next door is open until 10. Google advertises the closing time as 11pm - not true!
