Customer service was very poor

No Hi,Hello, Thankyou and when I asked have I got flybuys(after scanning the offer), She's like U need to check/call flybuys.
My friends paid for 3 coffees(Medium) and asked for 1 chai latte, she's like HOW U can take that?
What a terrible customer service.

I go here on the regular pretty much every weekend as I do night shift, and I'm always greeted by the same guys and they are honestly so helpful and awesome, I can go in get what I need knave or stick around and have a chat always leave with a smile on my face.

Buying a bottle of water, the clerk was completely rude. I was waiting for the checkout with the banknotes. It just made me wait there without saying hello without giving details. Bad shop is not worth visiting again.

Staff are nice but it is so small and they have so much stuff squashed into the small place it's so cramped. The chicken wraps are really nice and fresh.

I had an experience where staff member named Nicole or Ercole behaved me very rudely and arrogantly. The coffee machine was not working and when I reported the issue to her, she rudely treated me. Her arrogant behaviour ruined my day on 2 June 2018.

Bathroom was disgusting and the staff member named Ercole was very arrogant and paid no attention to me for the entirety of the service. He continued with his conversation with another staff member as if I didn't exist.
