We worked with Saurabh, Varsha and the team and Shadi baraat & co to coordinate our wedding across 3 events (Sangeet, Wedding and Reception) and couldn’t be more appreciative of their efforts. Saurabh’s passion for helping people realise their visions for their wedding was obvious from our first meeting with him and was consistent throughout. Saurabh and Varsha perfectly complement each other in a way that makes them very easy to work with. Saurabh was attentive, proactive, thoughtful and showed genuine care in o and managing our expectations, as well as those of our families. They leveraged their experience to also help advise us on our runsheets and on-day execution. They were exceptional at keeping us on schedule in the lead up of the events and also shared useful ideas to help enhance our event which we wouldn’t have considered otherwise. We can’t speak highly enough of Saurabh’s efforts and many of our vendors also spoke highly of Saurabh’s professionalism. Given our lack of experience with coordination we were unsure of the exact difference this service would make. Having now experienced Saurabh and Varsha’s service we can now comfortably say that they took all of the stress off our plates which allowed us to fully enjoy a once in a lifetime opportunity, worth every cent!
