I’m reluctant to leave a review not because I have a bad experience but because I love this place so much I don’t want the public to ever crowd this place out!!! We came here for a lunch and everything was divine. The atmosphere, the food, the architecture and the hospitality was beautiful. We can’t wait to bring our friends and family to come here again!

What a property!
Our recent family stay was fantastic. The Homestead was beautiful, well appointed, spacious, clean and the pool was a great addition for the kids.
4 bedrooms (very big) 3 bathrooms and two huge living spaces made for a sensational Family Christmas!

People on wine-region holidays often relax, meander and explore, if they didn’t, they may not know about wineries like this one to pop into and spent their money in. Walk-ins can be a challenge to manage, but when managed hospitably and with gratitude for the patronage, people are more inclined to stay, spend and recommend; definitely what we wanted to do here - the gardens are stunning.

We didn’t purchase any wine for several reasons, firstly the above, but also because the thimble sized tastings didn’t inform the palate. Additionally, I’m unsure what they charge for a glass of wine here, but when charging $25 per tasting one would be more inclined to purchase bottles if the tasting was equal to at least a standard serve, say 100 to 150ml in total - demonstrating hospitality over tightness. We’d also have been more inclined to purchase wine, and may have stayed for lunch, had Seville Estate waived the tasting fee of $25 upon purchase of a bottle of wine (per person) as most other wineries in the district do, instead of expecting each person to spend $200 to have it waived.

We didn’t have a booking so was unsure if we’d get a table but when we turned up we were shown to our seats which was great. But we then spent the next 50 minutes being ignored because they were busy and left without a tasting. I’d suggest they just turn people away if they are too busy rather than wasting our time.

Have enjoyed coming here for many years, however today was a disappointment. If you can't accommodate people for lunch you should turn off your availability on Open Table.

We were really looking forward to visiting here but sadly the service was cold and rude. We popped in for a tasting and it was clear from the treatment we got they wanted us to leave. We were told there was another appointment so our tasting would be rushed and it was suggested we not bother. Other wineries seem to have no problem serving multiple guests at once for a tasting or suggesting another time. Real downer on the day and disappointment.
