I often work in and around Deniliquin and the Settlement Motel is my 'go to' place to stay. The rooms are very comfortable, extremely clean and quiet so getting a good night's sleep is no problem. There's also plenty of crockery & cutlery in case you want to eat in your room. The owners are extremely helpful, I often arrive late in the evening and always find the heater or air-conditioner on, nothing is ever too much trouble.

What a GEM. This place has new managers and its a credit to them. The hots are fantastic and we were greeted with a drink on arrival. What more would you want. The rooms are large and clean and the beds are very comfortable. I/we highly recommend this motel to anyone passing through. 5+stars all day long

Fantastic and very helpful manager rescued us from the storm. We called in on the off chance of getting a room for the night during a heavy downpour - and met a very helpful manager who gave us a fabulous room. Quite, very comfy bed, big room, good shower, and great location - all at a very reasonable cost. And even threw in a continental breakfast for free. One of the best motels we have stayed in, and we will be back.

We booked a family room and it was fantastic. Large and really well appointed, including a little kitchenette. Heaps of room for the little one to run energy off in the larged grassed area next to the pool. Across the road from a pub and easy walk to bakery. The owners were warm and friendly and it was a bonus being able to use the complimentary laundry. Brilliant value, will always stay here when in the area again.

From the south, you will find this gem on the northern side of Deniliquin near the large roundabout intersection of the Cobb and Riverina Hwys.|To say the rooms are spacious is an understatement. No tripping over multiple suitcases and assorted bits and pieces you accumulate when on an extended road trip.|The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. A kitchen bench and sink so you won't have to juggle the kettle under the ensuite hand basin.|A two seater couch and a small kitchen table and a couple of chairs would make an extended stay very comfortable.

Had a 2 night stay here. The new owners are very welcoming and friendly, we were given a breakfast pack on arrival too, which was very good. The room was a good size, very spacious and clean. Good shower too. It had aircon too, which was welcome in 36° day time heat. A very pleasant stay, would highly recommend if you're passing that way.

Was most impressed with welcome at reception. Victoria was very friendly and welcoming. The size of the room was so unexpected. Huge compared to other motels I have stayed at. Very well set out and breakfast packs did the job. Very clean and will certainly stay again. Thank you Victoria
