Possibly the only branch of Service SA that doesn't suck. In fact I'd go so far as to say they're actually pretty good. Short queues, quick service, helpful and knowledgeable staff. It's quicker to drive from Adelaide to Pirie and then drive home again than it is to use a Service SA office in Adelaide. Not even joking.

Had to get new vin for caravan I bought from Victoria. Went into Port Pirie service SA to get vin issued but they just gave me the info to go online which tells you to go to service SA for them to issue the vin. Just a continuation of the poor service there which hasn't improved since the manager was moved there from Centrelink where she caused me a $15000 robodebt as she wasn't able to do her job properly as well. Useless at the best

Wasted a 140 km round trip to b e told can't transfer rego from QLD to SA without a Qld TMR rego certificate. As mine is only online and I need a reference# and Qld driver's licence which, I've had to remit to obtain my SA driver's licence , in order to access my TMR account. It is a catch 22 situation. Why must I do their bloody job. Surely with all their government computing power they can make it easier for us. I will now wait till I receive my Qld rego renewal notice. I may even renew it in Qld as they make it easier and it's significantly cheaper too. Can't say I didn't try to do the right thing. Stuff em!

Service was good at service SA. Had a bit of a wait as couldn't even get through the doors due to the lineup. However when I came back there was still a wait but I did get just inside the doors this time. By the time I got to the window I found the girls very professional and helpful.
