The staff at this centre have been incredibly welcoming and helpful across multiple visits and transactions. There is next to no wait time and if you do have to wait, staff are always accommodating and provide kids with little activity packs to keep them entertained. The location is central and there is plenty of parking behind the building and accross the road even in busy times. Accessible entry and counters for wheelchair users. The centre is always clean and tidy to a high standard. Highly recommended.

To much marketing too little useful service. Front desk staff tried to be helpful. Senior staff were brusque, dismissive and dogmatic. Which bit about 'Service' don't they understand.

Manager unprofessional following us out of store for feedback on his staff member who lacks helpful customer service. Obviously my computer feedback before leaving the store was insufficient. Wouldn't recommend this service center. Moruya in the future even if it's 20 minute's drive.
