It’s quite disappointing that despite charging students a considerable fee per semester for services, the support provided during peak periods is inadequate. The wait times — whether over the phone or in person — are consistently unreasonable, with queues stretching beyond an hour, sometimes even longer.

It reflects poor resource planning and a lack of consideration for the urgency of student needs, especially when many of us are trying to resolve time-sensitive issues amidst our academic schedules. The entire process feels unnecessarily exhausting and inefficient.

For the amount we pay, there should be a better allocation of staff, clearer communication on wait times, and an option to book appointments online to avoid standing in long lines. This is basic service management, and it’s frustrating that it continues to be overlooked.

Takes more than an hour to pick up and when they do no resolution. I have been waiting for my eCoE for over a month and still no progress until now. I have been calling weekly to get updates and still nothing.

On hold for over an hour the other day and then on hold for 20 minutes today and then someone finally answered but she couldn’t hear me so she hung up! My phone was working fine as I tested it after. So it’s unfair that after all that waiting the lady’s phone was broken and I still got no help. I then used the chat function and had a lady named Therese help me and she said she would look into my issue and then she left the chat!

Literally so unhelpful, there is only so much they can do but what is the point of me calling to try and get help and being left on hold for 2 hours for an issue that is MQ's fault that i'm trying to rectify and my call still not being answered 🙁

Was told by the automated voice response for service connect that the wait time was 10 minutes, I waited for an hour and no answer!

Waited an hour in the queue. Very low and inefficient staff. Out of 5 people, only 2 of them were serving. The other 2 staff members were giggling in the corner
