We had the most incredible wedding at Sergeants Mess in October last year! From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the perfect place for our special day. A huge thank you to Brooke and Abby for their outstanding support.

Brooke was incredibly organized and attentive, keeping us updated throughout the planning process to ensure everything stayed on track. Abby expertly managed all our vendors, which allowed our wedding day to run seamlessly.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious food and exceptional service. We truly appreciate everything you both and the staffs on the day did to make our day unforgettable!

Our wedding Day - 24th August 2024
From the moment we visited Sergeants Mess for our viewing, We fell in love with the venue and the amazing service.
I continued to drag my (now) husband to 15 different venues to make sure we had the right one, and we both kept coming back to Sergeants Mess!
From the very beginning to the very end nothing was ever a problem and the team couldn’t be anymore helpful. A big thank you to Brooke our event coordinator for making our dream wedding come true, she was so patient and calm and made the whole wedding planning experience a breeze.
Another big thank you to William and Abby for all your amazing help on the night of the wedding, from when we arrived to when we left our wedding, everything was taken care of and our wedding went off without a hitch!
Our guests continue to talk about how amazing the venue was including the outstanding view, amazing food and impeccable service!
Thank you to the team of Sergeants Mess for making our wedding day a special one! Future brides this is your venue!!!

A beautiful venue with stunning views! My partner and I recently had our wedding at Sergeants' Mess and everything was perfect. Lily our coordinator was so lovely and supportive throughout the whole process - thank you Lily! Of course, we also have to mention that all the staff on the night of the wedding were incredibly professional and helped make sure that everything ran seamlessly.

Very beautiful venue. Great views, balconies very nice.
Acoustics not good for a large event.

Food is good, but not their strength. For the price the food is below average. Some dietries weren't catered for well eg: dairy free not given sauce.

We are so happy we chose Sergeants' Mess as our Sydney wedding venue! They came highly recommended from a friend who had her wedding there previously and they didn't disappoint! They were so professional and organised and knew what they were doing. The day itself was so amazing and ran smoothly! Everyone absolutely loved the venue -the views, the space, the privacy and the food got rave reviews! Our wedding coordinator Lily was amazing leading up to the wedding, was super lovely and responsive and accommodating. We felt really looked after. Our guests commented that our coordinator on the day and the wait staff were extremely friendly and professional too! I can 100% recommend choosing Sergeants' Mess.

My husband and I are so pleased with our decision to hold our wedding at the amazing venue, Sergeants Mess. We received so many compliments from our guests regarding the gorgeous view, delicious food and exceptional service.

Thank you to Brooke, our Event Coordinator who was knowledgeable, attentive and always happy and willing to help with any queries big or small. She instilled a sense of confidence in us that our day would run smoothly.

Abby and Sam were also especially attentive the night of the event and a pleasure to interact with.

Take it from myself, a wedding photographer who has worked at this venue many times. Sergeants Mess is one of Sydney's best venues! The views which span 180 degrees looking out over the harbour will provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding and will no doubt be sure to leave a lasting impression on both you and your guests. There are also many incredible photo spots to be found around the venue or down at Chowder Bay (30 seconds down the Rd). The staff are also very accommodating at this venue. I would definitely recommend checking it out.
