When second and third Stage is completed this will be a great little Retirement Village. Its located in a really good location near the Bowls Club and the Waterways and is set to have some very good amenities in the Village. The Roof Garden is the best I have seen for quite some time and has some very good views with breakout Gardens and Entertainment areas. The Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend a look.

Beautiful space. Great views to the river from the top floors. Friendly and helpful staff. Library, lounge, kitchen and cinema on ground floor. Outdoor heated pool. Situated just over the road from Tweed Heads Bowls Club and Tweed Heads Hospital. Tweed Mall just a few blocks away. Great position!

We visited an ageing friend and his wife. He a young 90, she 80.
They're safe, living the life that's the reward of hard work, sacrifice and moving to Coolangatta to retire. For years looking at Serene Retirement Living building from their house on the hill. They've only been a short time in SRLiving but were enjoying it to the max. It was a long drive to share a bottle of Hennessey with my late father's best mate. They shared many life experiences when they met in Sydney's German Concordia club over a glass of Hospital strength Tolleys Brandy. Only fitting that his friends son deliver a belated birthday gift upgrade. We toasted him, my Dad and the wonderful women in both our lives. Onya Mate !
In a few years I, sorry we might just move in too. The living spaces and amenities are stunning.
