We had a wonderful buying experience through Sell Exclusive especially with sale associate James Rosenow. He kept us informed and helped us in many ways to get the deal done. It was a different and at times difficult transaction as it was a longer than normal contract timeframe and the selling vendors were making life difficult for us and for the real estate agents by asking for ludicrous conditions. We finally received the keys to our beautiful canal front home on Bribie. And also a beautiful welcome pack. If we ever need to do business again we will definitely use Sell Exclusive again.

We did not have a great experience selling a house with Sell Exclusive. We felt abandoned during the process by the agents we originally met with and understood would be supporting us, with a junior team member taking over without any proactive communication that our sale was being handed over… leaving us confused and frustrated. We were then communicated with exclusively by WhatsApp messages. We often had to chase for updates and to find out outcomes of open houses and negotiations.

We were selling an unoccupied (but furnished) home remotely, and by chance through unplanned visits discovered that the property had been left unlocked and unsecured between open homes… which caused distress and ongoing worry as our deceased father’s property remained in the house. Ultimately when it came to negotiations, we felt the agents acted for the buyers, rather than us. We were made to feel by the agents that asking for a contractual condition of a non-refundable deposit of 2.5% of the sale price was unreasonable and “ludicrous” despite a settlement and conditional period of almost 4 months being sprung on us by the agents and the buyer after the negotiations were “completed”.

One upside, we got some very good recommendations for trades to take care of various work that needed to be done on the property for sale/settlement.

Disappointed but relieved it’s all over frankly.

Absolutely appalling!! I own a property in Bribie Island and I received a phone call today at my place of business asking that I call Joel (he didn't identify where he was calling from) urgently.
I called and Joel said it was an urgent matter and lucky he was able to track me down. When I asked what it was concerning, he said the house down the road from me had just sold for a record price!!!

This is completely unacceptable, to track me down, harass me at my work during my work hours over something that doesn't interest me.

When the time comes to sell I won't be approaching this Real Estate. Not cool Joel.
