Sekap travels, the best travel agency I have ever dealt with. Their prices are always low as compare to other companies, they try to resolve my queries with multiple options. Infact I cancelled my booking this year due to some reason but they try their level beat to provide me my refund soon. I got my refund within 4-6 weeks as mentioned in their guidelines. Their service is best.

Do not use these guys, the manipulate and deceive you to get the most amount of money out of you. There was a slight discrepancy in my father name between the ticket and the passport. After days of requesting action, these guy advised the only solution was to buy a new ticket upwards of $2-3k. When contact the airline service, they were able to do a simple name change for $75 in 30mins..... Shameful service honestly.

Sana and Lalit are professionals- Dealing, Price, Delivery, Commitments and after sales support is excellent. I have been dealing with them for many years. Recently, they got Canada Visa approval for my wife in 15 Days. Highly recommended. Best of Luck.

Booking tickets with them is fine but they do not have any control when You have to make changes.

They also make mistakes in Entering information in ticket creates lots is problems for traveller.

I would not recommend this agency if you want to travel hassle free.

I have long story to tell but I think other people have explained enough.

I have followed up for 6 months for these guys almost everyday for my booking which was confirmed in April and got the tickets in November with different destinations which we have decided to got around our hassle.

I would not give single star.
