We celebrated our anniversary party in December with family and friends and were very pleased with the custoner service, decorations and food ....Siva and team and Marlene and staff were very accommodating and attentive throughout the night . Lots of compliments from our guests, ambience too was spectacular !

We had our wedding at Season 5 Resort, Point Cook, and it was amazing. The lakeside gazebo near the chapel was a perfect setting. Shiva (the owner) and Diya (event manager) were incredibly helpful and always responsive. They even arranged rose petals at the last minute, which added a lovely touch. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a beautiful location with excellent support and communication throughout the planning process.

Had a spa day for our social emotional well-being program, the women's group (10/12/24) enjoyed themselves throughout the stay. The staff gave us an extraordinary experience with their service and the grazing board with beverages was amazing. The staff welcomed us all and made each attendee feel comfortable and at ease. I would like to thank Kylie, Brooke and Cheryl for giving us such a wonderful experience with the treatments and atmosphere, also providing an excellent service throughout our day thank you ladies your an awesome team and thanks Seasons5 for taking our booking and customising our spa day.

Had a great stay at Seasons 5 in Point Cook. The rooms were clean, comfy, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. I was there for a wedding and the event space was beautiful and really well set up. Staff were friendly and everything ran smoothly. The gardens made a great spot for photos too. Definitely a solid choice for both a weekend getaway and special events.

We had our wedding here last night, and it honestly exceeded our expectations! The staff went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. They were very attentive, and the host kept checking in asking if we needed anything. The food was AMAZING!!!! We had so many guests come up to us after talking about how good the food was. The venues were well maintained, allowing us for really good photo opportunities. The rooms were so spacious, with a loungeroom, bedroom and huge bathroom (spa bath), they have a bridal sweet with a private bathroom, and big mirror to do hair and makeup touches ups. During the night we asked for extra food due to unexpected additional guests, and the staff was able to cater for that straight away. I highly recommend Seasons 5 to anyone looking at getting married.

We held our brother’s 21st Birthday in the restaurant for around 60 people and had an awesome night! Food was delicious especially the naan bread and chocolate eclairs 😆 Instead of dining tables we had bar stools and bar tables which gave off a more casual vibe which is what we wanted. Happy with the service and management of the night! 😊

We hosted our daughter’s 3rd birthday party at this venue, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The organisation was excellent—everything ran smoothly and on time. The ambience was beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere for a joyful celebration. The food was delicious and well-presented, receiving compliments from many of our guests.

A special thanks to Dia, the manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made planning stress-free and was always available to assist with any queries or last-minute needs.

Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!

We had booked this venue for a dinner function. The owner was all sweet talk and we trusted him.
He said wine ,soft drinks, snacks and dinner are included in the package.
Later he sent a list of items to be selected.
On the face of it it looked very reasonable and efficient system.
However the event was an absolute mess and a big failure . Reasons mentioned below

1. He didn’t agree to put the wine on the tables. Nor did he provide even a single waiter. So 100 guests would have to come to the bar to take/refill each time. Not humanly possible.
2. Surprising that despite being in the hospitality industry he nor his staff knew the difference between a whiskey glass, and a cheap water glass. Despite telling him verbally and in writing he refused to listen.
3. Dinner was buffet, it was agreed. But what about the snacks , not even a single waiter was provided. So each time 100 people had to go to the single counter to take or refill. What a joke it became.
4. He had agreed in the cost to project slides on the screen when it was pointed out that a projector is not working, he asked us to climb the ladder and fix it. When we objected, he tried putting it as a big favour on us.
5. Another small hall next to ours double hall was booked for a birthday function. They had cramped up 100 people in a such a small room. So these people were lounging out in the reception and other areas, which created such a mess that our guests had difficulty crossing over and finding our venue room.
6. The carpet in the rooms smell and is pretty old.

DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE FOR AN EVENT
