Fantastic service, great website and easy to book online.
I had an injury while on Fraser and called the office and spoke to Candy to get back a day earlier. She was fantastic as were the crew as they saw the siz of my ankle.

Left a bag on jetty bar waiting for the ferry and ferry staff couldn't wait 1 minute & left without us & totally stuffed up our return journey to travel back to Byron bay. Half of our family was on the ferry & they left 2 of us here on the island. Not impressed! Waiting 1 minute for us to get up the jetty with the bag surly would've been considerate & not an issue. Also, staff couldn't tell us if our cases had been transferred to the ferry causing us to worry our luggage was still at the resort luggage holding bay.
A very sad, inconsiderate & disappointing end to our trip that has extended our return journey travel time by 2 plus hours having to wait for the next ferry at 10.15am. We all got up early to catch the early ferry knowing we had a 7 hour drive to get home to beat the heat and traffic.
Appalling lack of consideration for guests & terrible service!
