Great service, very professional, friendly and helpful. Judith was very knowledgeable and made sure that the items I purchased were suitable for my needs, and provided information on maintenance and the requirements to enable GST to be refunded on leaving the country.

I have been shopping at this store for a number of years now and have ALWAYS found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is ever a problem. I have never had any problem with getting parts for equipment that breaks over years of use or getting recommendations when looking for new gear. I have been able to try on all gear when looking to buy, even if I don't purchase on the day. The staff have never pressured me to buy and have always tried to accommodate all my requests and needs. Highly recommended and reasonably priced.

It is refreshing to do business with a place with good old great customer service, added value advice on all things scuba, unrushed and not sales aggressive. I bought my gear here and the team not only gave great advice on my gear let me take my time try different types and ask 10s of questions they also gave me a quick training how to maintain it . If you're into diving and want great service from a shop ran by divers this is the right place for you.

This was such an amazing day! The 5 of us absolutely loved it. We all had mixed levels/ previous experience and instructors Paul, John, and Malcom couldn’t have been better taking all of this into account and making sure we all got the best out of it! Even the booking process was seamless and Judith was super helpful answering any questions and helping plan it out. We all really enjoyed the day and cannot wait to do it again. Thank you guys. Highly recommend this place for sure

Great service! They let try the snorkelling gear and change our boots and fins to keep my teenage kids happy. Would highly recommend for all your snorkelling needs.

We bought a Snorkeling set for my son and my husband, I asked for the basic set and was told that it is $70.00 for the each snorkeling set. But I was charged $189 for two snorkeling kits. After I came out of the shop I checked the invoice and the junior kit was for $45 and my husband's was for for $145. I asked them the next day to give me the basic one and they said they do not have a refund policy and it was my husband who chose the expensive one when clearly my husband asked them for a basic one (As he is trying it for the first time and we told the staff attending us).

They have a no return policy.
