Yo for Craig!
Craig is incredibly knowledgeable and upfront with his pricing—super professional.

I took my scooter to another repair shop first, and they tried to quote me for unnecessary repairs. Thankfully, I found Craig, and he was honest and straight to the point.

I’ll definitely be returning to him for all my scooter repair needs.

I’ve been a customer here since early 2023 when I bought 2 electro pro 8’s. I’ve been back to Preecha and his team for accessories, tyre repairs, servicing and yesterday a brand-new upgrade. The team are absolutely amazing while the products they sell are in my self educated opinion on commuter scooters second to none. I shopped around for months for a scooter and could not find a better brand or more helpful and knowledgeable team than that of the team at Scooteroo.

I wanted to add if you buy a car and drive it over the speed limit you will receive a fine if caught. Do your research on your states laws regarding e-rides they are readily available on line. Stop blaming small business operators for your lack of research…

You have excelled my expectations once more, got my scooter fixed here twice and never disappoints.

Got my scooter fixed the same day and it works like I have bought it brand new, I would like to personally thank Aidan who was working and assisted me with my replacement tyre and wheel.

He should definitely get a raise or promotion.

Needless to say, if I ever need to bring my scooter back to repair, I now know who to contact.

Only 4/5 stars due to pricing ($159.00) but I’m happy to pay for it as long as my scooter is fixed, possibly lower it and I’ll update this review.

P.S. If you’re reading this Aidan, you have my full respect 🫡🫡🫡
