When a change of accommodation was needed mid-trip, Janice solved the problem

Vanessa has arranged many successful trips for my friend and I over the last 10 years. She takes all the worry out of the organisation of flights, hotels and connections. She has a good knowledge of companies and countries. She offers suggestions and is interested in feedback. When issues arose with cancelled flights from Spain she was on the job rebooking flights and taking the worry from us.
