Group of 3 attended a tour on ANZAC day. At time of booking we were assured that the itinerary was accurate and would not be impacted by the public holiday.

Tour guide was unprepared for road closures for the marches, and alternative routes/ food locations were not arranged prior to departure. This resulted in at least 30 minutes of lost time just circling the same area.

Tour was not as advertised, with the wine/cheese tastings and morning tea not being provided (listed on tour advertisement). We were eventually dropped at a distillery who were unaware that a large group was coming, and were due to close in 20 minutes. The scones and cheese just didn't happen.

The waterfall itself was beautiful, as was the skywalk... however, we felt that the day could have been better spent self travelling (also a fraction of the cost). We were provided very little information regarding the locations, so it really just felt like a $107pp shuttle bus between locations.

The tour concluded with the guide being called by the company to ask where he was as he was late for the next tour (we were an hour away still). He claimed he was unaware he was even doing the next tour. Hence, the company were hoping to wipe an hour from our tour to do so.

A group member called the following day to provide feedback and discuss partial reimbursement for expenses that were supposed to be included. Staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful.

I really hope that this is not the standard at which this company usually runs, and that we just got a bad egg.

If you are not prepared to partially reimburse customers for failure to deliver as advertised... you should really think about changing your brochures to correctly reflect the tours. $110+ is not a small amount, and people need to be informed of what they're paying for.
