You call Georgi at Scarlett Rose Events that's how! We stumbled upon her website and instantly felt safe and comfortable entrusting her with my daughter's most important day. Georgi helped us find wonderful vendors, guided us through British wedding customs and legal considerations, spent hours on Facetime getting to know our vision and even helped us plan a Hen do and rehearsal dinner. She took care of all the details and made sure the wedding day itself went flawlessly.
We know we never could have accomplished what we did without her gentle guidance and amazing spreadsheets.

We were planning an outdoors wedding and Georgi at Scarlett Rose Events was extremely accommodating when we only wanted to hire sashes for our chairs. Georgi was so friendly to talk to when we were organising it and I felt like that part of our wedding decor was in safe hands.

When the British weather decided to give us rain on our wedding day, Georgi stepped in last minute and allowed us to move our wedding inside and provided the most beautiful wedding arch dressed for our ceremony. It looked amazing and can only thank Georgi for coming to our rescue and creating such a beautiful wedding space.

I would 100% recommend Georgi if you are after decor and set up for your event. The only reason why we didn’t hire more items from Georgi is because we just didn’t need it but her stock looks beautiful.

Georgi @ Scarlett Rose Events made our day run so smoothly and stress free!

From the beginning, Georgi was incredibly helpful and receptive to any questions we had. She's very well connected with vendors and was able to rely on her network when we were looking for some additional vendors.

She took over one month ahead of our big day and was so organized and efficient!! She brought her expertise and made us think of so many details we would have missed otherwise.

On the day, somehow Georgi was everywhere all at once. She worked so hard and kept us to time! We had such a stress free day and could truly enjoy the party because we knew Georgi was handling everything. Above all, she is the kindest and loveliest person and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know her throughout this process.

As someone who originally didn't think we needed a coordinator, I now would highly highly recommend having someone on the day - specifically Georgi!! She also helped us with hiring some decoration items and was very flexible when we added things last minute.

Where do I start? Both during the preparations and on our wedding day itself Georgi had absolutely everything covered. We got married at home which meant a lot of planning, endless deliveries etc but Georgi was in touch with all our suppliers to make sure everything went seamlessly. On the day we could just focus on enjoying ourselves because Georgi was so well prepared. Whatever you’re planning, we wholeheartedly recommend her.

From the initial communications, Georgi listened and understood the vision I had for my 30th birthday clearly and even made thoughtful suggestions to add to the vibe. The proposal for the event was so professional and the aesthetic was beautiful. I had no doubts prior to the event as everything was very clear and Georgi stayed in touch leading up to the party. The decorations were high quality and everything was set up perfectly. I loved the thoughtful touches like the hand written place cards. Georgi acted as our 'On the Day Coordinator' which was a fantastic service. She liaised with us from a month before and then took over responsibility for coordinating all the suppliers, planning the schedule down to the last minute, sharing some great tips and advice, and then being present throughout the whole wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was also able to hire us lots of great props and accessories.

As the mother of the groom (and the venue owner as the wedding was held on our property in a marquee), it meant that I could relax and enjoy the day. Thank you Georgi!

Georgi was always one step ahead of everything we needed, everything just happened seamlessly, even the tiny details - from detailed timelines, to organising the vendors in the month leading up to the day, to keeping the groomsmen on time on the day. We even came back to a beautifully calm, tidy room at the end of the night with all our cards and presents beautifully presented.

I never thought my wedding morning would be so relaxed and I got to spend some true quality time with my mum and bridesmaids in the morning which meant the world to me.
