Arriving in the rain, it was good to get our car undercover. Our room was upstairs but as we booked last minute we were happy to get a bed!|The room was very spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. |Our bed was comfortable and not too soft.|Good kitchenette with plenty of utensils for 2.|Location was great - directly at the end of the Main Street.|We could see the pool from our balcony, - would be great during warmer weather.|Plenty of great restaurants and clubs to eat at. |Walking distance to the beach. |We’ll be back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very short walk to everything you need. Room was spacious, great water pressure for shower, excellent air con - we were quite comfortable. Decor is dated but clean and well maintained. Note if you have accessibility issues to let them know when booking as some rooms are only via stairs.

A last minute decision to stay here due to cancellations. Great location, good for one night in present condition. Very dated, smelly, neither bedside lamps worked. Temporary manager nice and helpful. Seriously overpriced for the condition of the room. Loved Sawtell.

I booked a room here for two nights over Easter for my parents who were visiting from out-of-town and it exceeded our expectations.||The managers were delightful to deal with - very friendly, helpful and flexible in accommodating first our tentative plans, then a change in our dates. ||The location can’t be beat - it’s just around the corner from the cafe strip and a short walk to the beach yet peaceful and quiet with plenty of easy parking on the property.||The rooms the leaves are well-equipped and spacious, and spotlessly clean. ||My parents were very impressed!

Spa room booked at short notice and in person. Very friendly service then and on check in. Room was larger than expected +well equipped kitchen for a short stay (if you're not wanting to cook a full meal every night). Overlooked the pool so had a nice outlook despite being on the street side. Spotless and comfortable.

I recently stayed at this very clean and comfortable Motel in Sawtell .I had an upstairs room with a small balcony in what was once a B & B but, is part of the Motel. A very pleasant King room with a reasonable sized bathroom / toilet.Plenty of storage in the wardrobe and bedside cupboards..Microwave and a rather neat wall cup which housed all the crockery and cutlery /toaster/ glassware/kettle and tea and coffee.|A minutes walk from the little shopping area where you’ll find several cafes and various gift shops. One of the amazing sights is down the middle of the road are giant Moreton Bay fig trees with seating that on a hot summers day must be a pleasant way to keep cool…...This is such a delightful place with a ‘village’ atmosphere and even a small cinema which has been rejuvenated after being closed for several years…I have to say it’s the cleanest cinema that I’ve been to in many years…|I would definitely stay here again on my travels…

This place is perfect if you want to stay outside of the central area of Coffs.|I’ve stayed in both sides of the property and would recommend the original motel. Beds are not the comfiest I’ve slept on but are good. Shower was great, size of the room is quite large for a motel. Every room has its own balcony. |Real milk for your coffee in the morning is a big thing for me. |So close to everything you need. Including restaurants the beach and the golf course is just out he back.|Alan the manager is great chap very friendly and happy for a chat.|I’m in town every 4 weeks and won’t be staying anywhere but here.

The room was great. Double bed and three quarter bed included. Spacious sitting area and mini kitchen.
Only drawback was the shower was in a bath ( bad trip hazard for we elderly) And also shower nozzle was from the side wall, with only a short shower screen to stop the water going onto the floor. ( Where it ended up anyway) Very clean.
Also electric car charger supplied in garage area. Close to town. Happy with the place.
