Came back for my second visit and I'll be a regular here. I will have to try the float eventually but the infrared sauna is brilliant. The receptionist/staff are very friendly and the waiting area is very nice.

The Infra-red Sauna and Salt water float had been a fantastic experience. The best non-invasive way of detoxification atleast a few times a year. The ambience was clean and serene. It's worth the investment for a better health and well-being. Highly recommended.

Sauna Float welcomed me, a newcomer to Floating. The space was clean and tranquil with quality facilities for showering and skin care. The whole experience was relaxing. I slept well that night!

Spencer provider the best customer experience I think I’ve ever had in the ACT. This makes a huge difference to the customer in terms of first impressions; repeat business and referrals. The sauna itself was fantastic! Overall a 10/10 experience.

First time for both infrared sauna & Float.

First impressions, was the place was an absolute vibe when you first walk in. The waiting area is beautifully laid out with a relaxing boho feel, overlooking the belconnen lake. I was greeted with the warmest hello.

As for the Sauna (was my first time Infrared), I couldn't believe how good my injured oblique felt afterwards. I have since gone back twice and firmly believe it is speeding up my injury recovery. Last 5 mins were a sweat fest, felt great!

The float was the most relaxing experience to finish with. Nice warm shower, then hop into this beautifully futuristic pod that could easily fit my 6’3 body. The water was warm and gave a weightless feel. My mind drifted off with the sound of waves and whales echoing until absolute silence. Was a really trippy experience but I enjoyed it. I think you need a few more sessions to learn how to “quiet your mind” but I would happily embark on this new skill, given how enjoyable the experience was anyways.

Loved the red light dry sauna. I can breathe better having the dry sauna; have experienced steam sauna in the past. Felt rejuvenated and was warm for a couple of hours after the session.

The BEST place in Belconnen. Yanping, the owner, is full of love, and she takes care of this place and everyone who comes in with immense hospitality & kindness. I booked an infrared sauna and floatation session for my husband and I.

We started with the sauna, warm, relaxing, the infrared light feels so healing on the body.

And then, we were taken to our floatation tanks! With rainbow lights, I had the best float ever, fell asleep and felt like a new person!

After a most relaxing time, we came out to a beautiful herbal tea on the couch looking out to the gorgeous lake. SO SERENE!

We ended up getting a long term package, because it’s something I always want to do.

The area she is set in is absolutely stunning facing the river and the beautiful fairy light lit trees instantly got you into this Luxe Zen feeling before even walking in. Once I walked inside I was in awe the place is absolutely beautiful and luxurious. The atmosphere was just right. The owner was so so lovely and really helpful at explaining what to expect and how things work. I did the Float and it was sensational. I will absolutely be back the trip from my side of town to Belco was absolutely worth it.
